    I dont know the exact year but with the cloth covering on the wires its back somewhere in the 30's or 40's maybe WWII Era late 40's
    Unknown working condition , i dont have anyway to test them
    The cloth has an outer covering that is fraying off but the covering on the inside cloth is still covering the wires good
    Dirty from storage and found at an Estate Sale inside a  WWII  Metal Mortar box along with other WWII items
