These brackets have a broadly adjustable range of motion.  The Mini ball head design employed by the camera mount results in a mobility axis that maximizes the cameras permissible line of sight directional angle by allowing the affixed cameras to be turned, rotated, and tilted.  The camera is mounted on a swivel on the horizontal plane so the vantage point can be articulated around a full 360 degree panning range.  Moreover the tilt adjustment affords a 115 degree vertical range of motion.
This camera bases can be easily be utilized under a variety of install use case scenarios including Wall mounting, Ceiling attachment, Drop Ceiling cross brace anchoring along Reveal Tile support frame rail, T-Bar attachment via the x-base affixed to the rails, or simply utilize it as a freestanding base for placement standing atop flat surfaces such as tables and shelves.
