I received this security system as a YouTuber review unit, which unbeknownst to Reolink, I had actually already purchased the system myself. I have no need for this additional system.
The external box was opened to ensure nothing inside was damaged, but the individual boxes and packaging have not been touched any further than what can be seen in the images above. This system is in literal brand new condition at an open-box price! You can't beat it anywhere else.
After having used the D8 system cameras for over 6 months now in the other system that I installed, I have been very pleased with the quality and reliability of the system. The Reolink mobile app is fantastic as well for actually viewing content.
The larger box will be shipped inside of a slightly larger box to prevent any damage from occurring to the box and/or system. Due to the size and weight of this system, shipping just costs too much to offer returns. All sales are final. Returns will
