    Description

    The rarest of all the Astrodome astroturfs out there!  This particular turf was sold at the gift shop between 1965 and 1969.  I came up with these years from my research and found two other sellers that said they bought theirs in those 2 years.  That would make this turf apart of the original turf used at the dome.  The Astros started in 1965.  And the ones I'm selling are still new in original packaging!  Size is 4"x3".
    There was also another piece of turf, similar to these, that were given out in 1978.  But, those were not stamped on the back.
    ALSO.....not to be confused with the other modern turf(no stamp or markings) you see online with photocopied COAs.  Anybody can copy those COAs...how do you really know that's authentic astrodome astroturf??????
