SHIPPING TERMS
Orders usually ship within 24 hours except on weekends and or holidays.
Weekend orders will be processed on the next business day.
Depending upon your location, ground shipments usually take 2-7 days.
Your order may be shipped Overnight for an additional cost.
Over-sized shipments will be additional; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
We cannot guarantee transit times for ground and oversize orders.
Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
We do ship internationally.
We do not ship COD orders.
RETURN POLICY
Most of our auctions are not returnable and nonrefundable unless it specifically states in that auction that it is.
If we sell the item as a returnable item then a copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
Parts must be in the original packaging and not have been installed or used.
We cannot take back used parts.
We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
Electrical parts of any kind are not returnable.
We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.
20% Restocking fee on any parts returned unless it is determined that it was due to an error on our part.
