This is a pair of Panasonic model EAH-S18 stereo headphones.  The headphones have blueish foam earpads, include a jack adapter and set papers, and is still brand new in the package.  The packaging has some wear from age and storage including a little bending, some dents, scuffs, and scratches, though no really severe wear and nothing which effects the headphones themselves other than light contact within the package.
