the District of Columbia, the  Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the Northern Mariana Islands. Neither I, this site or any other site owner, nor the USPS themselves, can guarantee timely delivery or proof of delivery, even when you pay for tracking, to US Territories. Per USPS and a quote from their mobile app: "The timeliness of service to destinations outside the contiguous US may be affected by the limited availability of transportation."
For those who do bid or buy, from any other country other then the current 50 US States, the transaction will be canceled immediately and a refund will be issued per the restrictions above. It's truly a shame that so much time and space needs to be spent on shipping restrictions but due to those who think they are the exception to the rule and can tell others how they will run their own business, everyone must pay. ~
