These neck lanyards are made from the 550 para chord you see all over.  These lanyards are really strong.  They are about 20 in* in length, and have a push button adjuster to adjust length for comfort and usability.   The ends of the lanyards have a standard steel clip with one quick release snap as you may have seen on camera, GPS, compass, etc.  Other colors available.
