    Custom Made 4000lbs Capacity 4’x10’ Motorized Folding Cargo Ramp Loading Ramp.
    This ramp was professionally custom built for a specific moving job and was used for about two months so it’s close to brand new but has some scratches from use. It is one of a kind and is the longest, highest weight capacity, widest and most versatile ramp available for cargo vans. That is why it had to be custom built. It was built to fit a 2021 Ram Promaster 2500 high top cargo van but with some modifications to the base and side brackets it can be made to fit any cargo van as long as you have enough clearance. It can be set up as a ramp, a work platform/bench or a bridge. It was designed to fold and lay flat inside the van so a fork lift can place a pallet in the van from the rear. Plus folding it lowers the center of gravity, this way you don’t feel the weight of the ramp while driving. The ramp can also be locked in the upright position when the van is fully loaded. The ramp takes up about 10” of space in the back of the van when locked in the upright position. The lifting cables can be quickly and easily disconnected for side access. The ramp can handle up to 2000lbs without the support jacks and up to 4000lbs with the support jacks. Support jacks can also be placed at the tip of the ramp, allowing it to be used as a bench or work platform. The ramp comes with all the electrical wiring, fuse box, circuit breaker, switches, relays, beeper, flashing beacon, bidirectional motor control relay, motor and the remote control. It deploys in just under one minute from its laying position and under 30 seconds from its upright position. Because the ramp is not mounted outside the van like a lot of ramps are, it is protected from the elements and will last longer and doesn’t increase the overall length of the vehicle it is mounted on.
