cocktail napkin holder in plasticized red toile fabric from Saks

Red toile print that is plasticized(?) and is a cocktail size napkin holder.   I bought this at Saks a number of years ago and with all this rain I am cleaning out cupboards!!  Great condition, smoke and pet free home. Used a few times and in perfect condition from my smoke and pet free home.
The print is a boy pushing a wheelbarrow on the grounds of a large cottage.  Very nice scene.
