AutoSuture 2mm Needlescope/Neuroscope. As no model number or identifiers are present, aside from the Brand and G0458 (which I believe is a serial number), I would ask that you please examine the pix carefully and ensure this item is properly identified and will meet your needs.
Instrument has a total length of a little under 13" / 330mm
You will receive the exact unit pictured. I had to turn off the light to capture the AutoSuture graphic against the shiny gold color which is why those couple picture are darker.
Minor signs of wear and use are present - such as small scratches - but no major noteworthy damage is present.
The unit has nice clear visuals - last picture is the actual view through the instrument.
