FAQ’s
Q: Is this fit for my door?
1. The door must swing inward.
2. The door thickness is between 0.6 inches and 2.36 inches.
3. The space between your door and the door frame must larger than 0.1 inch (0.25cm)
4. The side of the door must be flat and without steps. May not fit for Iron security door.
Q: How to install my doorbell that has three holes back plate?
You only need to screw the back plate with two screws (the hole on the top and bottom). When tightening the screws, be careful to keep the screws perpendicular to the plane
Q: How to assemble the holder to fit for my left/right hand door?
This doorbell mount can apply to the open from left or right. Please check our video before installation. Please notice that the anti-theft plate should be underneath the doorbell
HOW TO INSTALL?
Step 1: Assemble the doorbell mount with three provided screws according to the type of your door (left or right opening door)
Step 2: Remove The Back Cover
Insert the pin in the hole at the bottom of your Blink Video Doorbell and lift it up to open the back cover.
Step 3: Screw The Backplate To The Doorbell Mount
Attach the backplate of the doorbell to the doorbell mount with screws by two designed holes
Step 4: Attach The Doorbell To The Back Plate and Done
Attach the doorbell to the back plate by lining up the top and pivoting downward. Press until you feel or hear a click and the doorbell is secure.
