    Alpinestars YOUTH Sequence Neck Support Roll
    Designed and developed specifically for younger riders, the Sequence Youth Neck Roll is the starting point on a junior rider’s journey to the Bionic Neck Support. Ergonomically profiled for young rider’s body requirement the Sequence Neck Roll’s frame is designed to transfer energy impact away from the upper neck.
    • New hybrid kids neck protection with extended tail for high position stability.
    • Ergonomic designed and engineered shape to fit kids from 6 – 10 yrs. and from 10-14 yrs.
    • Double density core is made from a soft PU foam base embedding a hard layer EVA for energy dissipation. • Bottom and internal soft section (neck side) provides comfort for the shoulder and neck, hard section on the upper part to give stability and provides force distribution when the helmet is impacting.
    • Easy to use soft strap closure on the front part.
    • Highly compatible with all other protectors and jackets.
    • External cover can be pulled of core for washing by Velcro opening on the rear.

    We ship most orders from our store location in Washington state Monday-Friday. Tracking information will be input into your ebay order and emailed to you. If you do not receive a tracking number, please check your junk/spam folder prior to contacting us. All orders paid using PayPal will only be shipped to confirmed addresses as required by Paypal’s Protection Policies. In cases where multiple items are ordered, we may ship from multiple locations to save transit time in getting your order to you. Therefore, it may not be possible to bundle orders for combined shipping, unless you notify us that you agree to extend shipping times.
    Shipping to P.O. Boxes:
    We ship to these addresses using United States Postal Service (USPS) unless you request another method (which may increase the shipping cost). Please include your P.O. in addition to the complete mailing address.
    Signature Required:
    All orders over 9.99 USD will be shipped signature required, as per PayPal’s Protection Policies.
    Lost or Damaged Items:
    In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged, please proceed according to the following protocol: If the parcel appears to be lost based on the tracking information from the carrier or if it has been more than 15 business days since we shipped the package, please contact us to begin a trace on the shipment.
    NOTE:
    USPS Loss claims can take 21-60 days for USPS to complete their end of the trace investigation. We cannot begin an insurance claim until USPS deems the package lost.
    If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, (Note: Only open the package in the presence of the carrier). Otherwise, do not attempt to open it, leave the package in as-received condition and contact the carrier within 1 business day to report the damaged package. After contacting the carrier, contact us immediately to begin an insurance claim. Please include your full name, address, phone number, and eBay item number with your notification.
    Failure to report loss or damage in a timely manner may result in denial of the claim. You have up to 5 days after receipt of goods to notify us if the item is damaged and/or incorrect. Once an insurance claim is approved, we will replace the item in question or issue a refund for the value of the claim if the items cannot be replaced.

    Sales Tax of 8.4% is assessed to each order shipped to a Washington address as per state law.
