    Condition is good, used. Some chipping around outer edge of rings. Some variation in paint finish from being a hand painted item. On one ring a slight bit of the red base coat can be seen. One spot of unknown origin - looks like something is stuck and am hesitant to try and chip it off. Otherwise good condition.
