SHIPPING POLICY
We ship most orders from our store located in SW Washington state Monday-Friday. Tracking information will be uploaded to your eBay order and emailed to you once the order is processed. If you do not receive a tracking number, please check your junk/spam folder prior to contacting us. All orders paid using PayPal will only be shipped to confirmed addresses as required by Paypal's Protection Policies. In cases where multiple items are ordered, we may ship from multiple locations to save transit time in getting your order to you. Therefore, it may not be possible to bundle orders for combined shipping, unless you notify us that you agree to extended shipping times. All orders received after our shipping cut off Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed the following Monday when the shop re-opens for the week.
Change of Address:
Due to increases in internet security to prevent identity theft, stolen packages, or un-authorized purchases, we will NOT change any address once the order has been received and verified. If you need to change an address after an order has been placed, we will require that the order be cancelled and a refund issued. This will require that you place a new order with an updated/corrected address information.
Change of Item Color, Quantity, or Size:
Due to inventory management and parts availability, we will NOT change an order based on color, quantity, or size after we have received and verified your initial order. If you need to change any of these parameters after an order has been placed, we will require that the order be cancelled and a refund issued. This will require that you place a new order with updated/corrected information.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes:
We ship to these addresses using United States Postal Service (USPS). Please include your P.O. Box number, in addition to the complete mailing address. Please note that we can NOT ship to a PO Box if UPS or FedEx is selected as a shipping method. Both of these carriers will require a physical address. If you request UPS or FedEx, and provide only a PO Box, we reserve the right to cancel the order due to insufficient address information, and will issue a full refund back to you.
Signature Required:
All orders over 9.99 USD will be shipped signature required, as per PayPal’s Protection Policies.
Lost or Damaged Items:
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged, please proceed according to the following protocol: If the parcel appears to be lost based on the tracking information from the carrier or if it has been more than 15 business days since we shipped the package, please contact us to begin a trace on the shipment.
NOTE:
USPS Loss claims can take 21-60 days for USPS to complete their end of the trace investigation. We cannot begin an insurance claim until USPS deems the package lost.
If the package is visibly damaged upon delivery, (Note: Only open the package in the presence of the carrier). Otherwise, do not attempt to open it, leave the package in as-received condition and contact the carrier within 1 business day to report the damaged package. After contacting the carrier, contact us immediately to begin an insurance claim. Please include your full name, address, phone number, and eBay item number with your notification.
Failure to report loss or damage in a timely manner may result in denial of the claim. You have up to 5 days after receipt of goods to notify us if the item is damaged and/or incorrect. Once an insurance claim is approved, we will replace the item in question or issue a refund for the value of the claim if the items cannot be replaced.
TAX
In light of recent Nexus laws pertaining to eCommerce sales and the remittance of sales tax, orders are subject to pay local sales tax based off recipient’s home state tax laws. This is mandatory per PayPal, and eBay policies, and is non-negotiable. Please also note, the collection and remittance of sales tax is managed by eBay and PayPal directly. As a seller we do not have any ability to wave or reimburse sales tax to any customer. Any questions related to this matter must be directed to either PayPal or eBay’s customer service.
RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not allow returns and exchanges on item(s) unless stated otherwise in the respective listing. You must start a return in eBay and include the provided returns detail slip prior to returning any merchandise. You will have 7 business days once a return is started to provide tracking showing the return is in route to us. All returns that have not been shipped after 7 business days from the time of authorization will be closed and refused.
